The Ironmaster Calf Block is 3 1/2" tall x 20" long, all welded extra heavy gage steel with grip on top and bottom for super stability. Great for Ironmaster machines or can be used with dumbbells and practically any weightlifting equipment!
Can also be used as a raised platform for your feet when doing flat bench presses on the Super Bench for those with shorter legs.
