Rack Dimensions: The base kit includes the full size stand measuring 14"x19"x27" high and it can accommodate the optional Add On Kit.

This patented design offers several advantages over Smith Machines. There is no binding due to the patented slide rail and bushing system. The bar slides on nylon bushes that only require clean to touch silicone spray to maintain quiet and smooth operation.

The ergonomic lifting bar locks out forwards instead of backwards for a much faster and more natural movement. The lock out holes are only 1.7inch apart so you will never get stuck when working out alone.

The light weight lifting bar needs no complex counterweight system. This allows a dramatically reduced footprint, greater load capacity and a smoother quieter operation.

The Ironmaster IM2000 is constructed from 11 gauge steel and is tested and rated to 1000lbs. The base kit includes standard plate holders (olympic sleeve adapters are available), lat pull bar, upper and lower pulley/cable system.

Bar Dip Handles for Super Bench. Attaches to bench spine with the pull pin and lock in place. Three height positions from 50" to 52.5" from the floor. Great for tricep and chest development. Also works very well for doing leg/knee raises to target the lower abdominals! Handles have rubber grips and are 23" wide. 350 lb rated.

This new attachment allows you to do leg extensions and leg curls with the Super Bench. Very heavy duty design and construction with bearing action and works with either Standard weight plates or Olympic plates with the included Olympic sleeve adapter. 200 lbs design capacity. (Note: Quick-Lock dumbbell plates may not fit due to the close tolerances on the centre holes of the plates.)

4" diameter x 7" heavy duty foam roller pads can be set in two positions for longer or shorter legs. Also works on all the models of the Ironmaster self spotting machine benches.

Note: Due to the height of the Super Bench, users over 6'2" may have a floor clearance constraint. The Bench can be rotated up a notch to get more clearance. A 3” block of wood can be used under the support foot if necessary when heavy weights are used.
