Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

If you are unsure about placing an order through our online shop, you are welcome to contact us instead.  Please contact us using the details on our contact us page and we will be happy to assist you.

You can return your item(s) to us within 28 days of receiving your order for a complete refund. All that we ask is that the item(s) must be returned to us in their original as new condition with all of the tags attached and the item(s) still in their original unopened packaging. Items that have been used, washed, soiled or damaged in any way will invalidate this offer.

You are strongly advised to use signed-for (recorded) delivery when returning orders as we will not be held responsible for returns that go missing or are damaged in the post.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of being placed are subject to a 5% charge to cover credit card fees.

Complaints

We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days and we will also endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping costs are clearly displayed before you are asked to complete your order.  We are also happy to post orders to a different address than that of your home address.

We only deliver to Mainland UK – the following areas and postcodes are NOT covered: HS, IV, KA27 - KA28, KW, PA20 - PA49, PA60 - PA78, PH17 - PH26, PH30 - PH44, PH49, PH50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21 - TR25, GY, JE, or ANY other postcode on the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man or in Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands. If you would like an order delivered to any of the above locations or an international address then please contact us first and will be able to advise you of cost on an individual basis.

All orders are posted using Signed-for delivery. This means that you must sign for your order at the point of delivery. 

Regarding orders shipped to the nominated shipping address that are returned to us as 'uncalled for'. To have the order posted again you will be liable for paying the postage costs prior to the order being shipped out. If you subsequently cancel the order you will be entitled to a refund minus the costs of postage.   Your statutory rights are not affected.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to process and ship your order within 48 hours of receiving confirmation of your order (Weekends & Bank Holidays incur a slight increase in processing time). Most UK deliveries should arrive within 1-3 days of posting, please allow 5 working days before contacting us.

All quoted prices include VAT where applicable.

We do not send out any unsolicited marketing material to any of our customers
