"I had the Ironmaster QuickLock Dumbbells, the 120lb add on kit and
the Super Bench from you a week or so ago and so far I'm very
impressed. The quality of the equipment can not be argued with.
Insert a few bolts to assemble the stand which has good storage and a
nice rubber covering on all surfaces to protect the metal. The Super
Bench again assembles quickly and easily. The bench is well padded,
comfortable, sturdy and easily adjustable to any of it's 11 angles,
which all feel nice and safe. It is compact and may seem a bit
narrow to some but I'm 6'2" and 19 Stone and have no problems using
it at all

The Quick lock Dumbbells, what can I say? They are by far the best
weights I've ever used. The handles fit the hand well, are easy to
grip and feel safe in your hand with or without gloves. The plates
change quickly and easily especially if they're kept organised in the
stand. In use it's like holding solid fixed dumbbells in the gym.
No rattle or movement, low weights are small and heavy weights
large. Also as they're square you don't have to worry about them
rolling off the bench or stand or anywhere else you put them.

The service I received from Valley Fitness and yourself was
fantastic. You communicated well, delivered on time and I will
definitely be looking to you for the rest of the add on's for the
Super Bench later in the year.

Time to find some more exercises with this kit there's so many
choices and options.
